A – Absolutely, my home workout guide is perfect, each exercise has a video demonstration to ensure you know exactly how to perform them correctly and safely.
Q - Do I need to Join a Gym to complete the workout guide?
A – No I’ve written Empower her to be accessible to anyone, you only need a pair of Dumbbells to get started.
Q – What Additional support will I receive with Empower Her Plus?
A – In addition to my home workout guide, You get me as your coach for 8 weeks, This is ideal for women looking to lose weight and increase strength, you’ll be set a weekly group of targets including calories and protein all personalised to your goals. I’ll be holding you accountable with a weekly check in where we discuss progress and make any necessary changes.
Q – I Need a diet and exercise plan specifically tailored to me with full access to a coach when I need them, which plan should I chose?
